Detox Berry

One of the best ways to get your dose of sea moss is in a smoothie.  Sea moss smoothies are easy to prepare, delicious, and packed with health benefits.  You can find a wide array of creative recipes online, including this simple Detox Berry smoothie from Yemaya Organic:


4 Tbsp Yemaya Sea Moss Gel

1 medium banana, cut into pieces

2 cups berries – blueberries, strawberries

½ cup crushed ice

2 cups plain yogurt

¼ cup honey


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
