4 Tbsp Yemaya Sea Moss Gel

1 medium banana, cut into pieces

2 cups berries – blueberries, strawberries

½ cup crushed ice

2 cups plain yogurt

¼ cup honey


Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
