The Shipping policy is part of our ("Terms") and should be therefor read along side out Terms of Service.
At Yemayá The Natural Way, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Most orders are delivered within 2 business days after shipping.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
- Orders under $50 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
4. Address Accuracy & Order Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
- If you need to update your address or modify an order after placing it, contact us immediately at contactus@yemayaorganic.com.
- Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or other issues beyond our control.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or front desk personnel who may have accepted it.
- Review tracking details and contact FedEx directly for assistance.
- If you suspect package theft, we recommend filing a claim with FedEx and reporting the issue to your local authorities.
6. High-Value Orders & Signature Requirements
- Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
- If a signature is required and no one is available, FedEx may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Refusal
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
- If a refund is requested, it will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by FedEx.
