SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping on orders over $45
We offer free shipping on all orders that total $45 or more, without tax or shipping as part of that total.   If order is less than $45, we charge a flat rate of $7.99.   We ship perishable product 2 day express, while non-perishables are shipped via ground service.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription, then we typically will deliver once a month on the day you bought the products.  We also can customize your subscription to any timing requested by customer.   
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.   If you find your order is delayed by checking the tracking of your shipment that was emailed to you, please let us know and we will determine if you require a reshipment of product if it is perishable.   Please reach out to us at the email listed below.
WHAT HAPPENS IF PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO MISSING ADDRESS DETAILS?
If a customer forgets to include correct address details such as apt # or suite #, or moves and does not advise us about the move, customer may be responsible for any lost shipment costs.  This will be determined on a case by case basis.
