The Natural Way- simple, consistent, and rewarding care

When purchasing a product on our website, you have the option to make a one-time purchase or subscribe for recurring deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to an auto-renewing service that charges your selected payment method automatically at the chosen subscription interval (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days) until you cancel.

A renewal reminder email is sent five (5) days before your next billing cycle, giving you time to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription.

1. Subscription Benefits

1.1 Subscription Discount

Active subscribers receive an exclusive discount on each recurring order.

1.2 Dollar Rewards Program

As a thank you for staying consistent with your wellness routine, subscribers are automatically enrolled in our Dollar Rewards Program.

• Earn 10% of each subscription order back in Dollar Rewards for every successful monthly renewal
• Rewards accumulate as long as your subscription remains active
• Earn a $5 bonus reward after the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th consecutive month of an active subscription

This program may also be referred to by different names in promotional materials or marketing campaigns; however, all such references relate to this same rewards structure.

Important Notes:

• Dollar Rewards have no cash value and can only be used toward future purchases on our website
• Canceling your subscription will result in your reward balance being cleared after ninety (90) days, unless your subscription is reinstated within that 90-day period
• Rewards may be subject to expiration or promotional terms (if applicable)

This program is designed to support consistency- because real wellness happens over time, not overnight.

2. Managing Your Subscription

2.1 Modifications, Pauses & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your personal account or by contacting Customer Support at contactus@yemayaorganic.com.

• To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal processing date
• If your renewal has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle, and the current order will be fulfilled as scheduled
• You may pause your subscription, keeping your accumulated rewards and any locked-in promotional rate

3. Multiple Subscriptions & System Limitations

Due to technical and pricing variations, the system may generate separate subscriptions for different products or flavors.

• Each subscription must be managed individually for modifications or cancellations
• We reserve the right to consolidate multiple active subscriptions into a single order for processing and shipping efficiency on a case-by-case basis

4. Subscription Discounts, Rewards & Abuse Prevention

Subscription discounts and rewards are intended for ongoing, good-faith subscribers.

Repeated cancellations, intentional cycling of subscriptions, or attempts to exploit rewards or discounts may result in:

• Revocation of subscription discounts and/or Dollar Rewards
• Resetting or forfeiture of accumulated rewards
• Future subscription restrictions
• Account suspension if abuse is detected

We believe in taking care of our community-  and protecting fairness for everyone in it.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Chargebacks for valid, properly processed renewals will be disputed with the credit card company using:

• Proof of subscription enrollment & agreement
• Record of renewal reminder emails sent prior to billing
• Subscription history, activity, and usage

If a chargeback is filed for a valid transaction, we may:

• Suspend or restrict your account from future purchases
• Revoke any accumulated rewards
• Report the dispute as fraudulent activity if misuse is detected
